When should I go to an emergency room instead of scheduling a video visit?
- Video visits are not appropriate for emergencies. If you are experiencing a serious or life-threatening medical emergency, such as a stroke, breathing problems, seizures, a head injury, neck or spine issues, electric shock, severe burns or poisoning, please call 911.
