The Spatial Biology Core, located within the Neal Cancer Center and Department of Urology, serves as an essential resource for researchers engaged in spatial transcriptomic and proteomic analysis. Our dedicated team of professionals and technicians provides comprehensive support and expertise to facilitate spatial biology research.

Our core offers a range of services, including:

  • Instrumentation: We provide access to advanced instrumentation tailored for spatial analysis.
  • Experimental Design Assistance: Our team offers consultation to assist in designing experimental protocols customized to researchers' specific requirements.
  • Consultation and Support: We offer ongoing guidance throughout the research process, including assistance with sample preparation, data interpretation, and manuscript preparation.
  • Detection of Rare Cell Populations: Researchers can utilize our spectral cell sorter to analyze large antibody panels for precise cell sorting derived from spatial biology studies.

Through collaborative efforts, the Spatial Biology Core aims to bolster researchers' understanding of spatial biology across various research contexts.
