Houston Methodist Orthopedics & Sports Medicine at Sugar Land Hospital is pleased to welcome spine surgeon Alexander Molinari, DO.
He specializes in complex degenerative and reconstructive spine surgery including spinal deformities, revision spinal surgeries, and scoliosis. He utilizes the latest in minimally invasive techniques, navigation-assisted surgery, and disc replacements.
Molinari earned his medical degree from the Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine at Midwestern University and completed his orthopedic residency at Beaumont Health, Farmington Hills/Dearborn, where he served as chief resident. He also completed a complex degenerative and reconstructive fellowship at Houston Methodist Hospital in Houston, Texas.
Molinari’s philosophy of care is to focus on improving quality of life for his patients. “I will always strive for a patient to manage their condition with nonoperative care,” Molinari said. “However, when surgery is necessary, it will be delivered in a careful manner – taking into account not only current but future considerations for my patients.”
