Patient Support
At Houston Methodist, we take pride in our community and work to connect you to patient support groups and other available resources to help you and your family manage the journey through heart and vascular treatment and aftercare.
Support Groups
The American Heart Association
The American Heart Association provides various online forums for heart and vascular conditions. Connect with people like you.
Heart Failure Support Group
We believe that living successfully with heart failure is possible with the right support. For this reason, we offer a virtual Heart Failure Support Group that meets on the second Wednesday of every month. From the comfort of your home, you can connect with various individuals who share common medical issues and who are continuing their efforts to successfully overcome them. During these sessions, Houston Methodist experts, from various disciplines, present interesting and engaging heart failure topics. Interaction is encouraged so that you as well as your significant others can ask questions and participate in discussions with other attendees.
