What to do in the event of a Blood Borne pathogen Exposure (BBP)
- Access your entity specific BBP exposure process which can be found on your entity specific Employee Health Intranet site.
- Complete an employee on the job accident report in STARS (go to entity specific intranet site to access).
- Contact Employee Health at your entity specific location or report directly to your entity specific Employee Health location during business hours.
- If after Employee Health business hours, weekends or holidays, follow your entity specific BBP exposure process which can be found on your entity specific Employee Health Intranet site.
