    Cassandra Green MSN, RN OCN — Clear Lake

    Cassandra is an oncology-certified clinical nurse a with five years of nursing experience. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing from Western Governors University.

    Cassandra has spent her entire nursing career in radiation oncology, where she served many different cancer types. She is a member of the Oncology Nursing Society local chapter and served on the board. Additionally, she has served on the oncology nurse testing advisory board.

    Cassandra is active in the community by assisting with events and educating groups about cancer. She enjoys building relationships with patients and their families and empowering them through education.

    Katherine (Kat) Grannemann, MSN RN OCN CMSRN – Clear Lake

    Katherine Granneman Nurse Navigator Clear Lake

    Kat is an oncology-certified nurse with 11 years of nursing experience. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from McNeese State University and her Master of Science in Nursing Administration from The University of Texas at Arlington.

    She is a member of the Oncology Nursing Society and is involved in the local chapter. Kat is a strong advocate for patients and aims to make the cancer care process as seamless as possible. Kat enjoys building relationships with patients and their caregivers and partnering with them throughout the entire cancer journey.

Houston Methodist offers 13 conveniently located Breast Care Centers and Breast Imaging Centers. The specialists at the Breast Care Center at Clear Lake infuse their experience and expertise with compassion to deliver expert screening, evaluation, diagnosis and support for all diseases and conditions related to your breasts.

Our board-certified radiologists are leaders in breast care and collaborate with specialists in breast surgical oncology, pathology and plastic surgery to provide you with the most thorough care possible.
