Our intensivists provide treatment for a wide range of both surgical and medical conditions using the most advanced tools and procedures available, including: 

• Acute stroke care using tPA, the gold standard for treating ischemic stroke (caused by a blockage), and endovascular surgery for hemorrhagic (brain bleed) stroke 
• Expert cardiac care for heart attack, heart failure and pericarditis (inflammation of the heart) using intravenous medications and advanced surgical procedures
• Advanced post-neurosurgical care to treat brain tumors, aneurysms, bleeds and blood clots and more  
• Antibiotic therapy and supportive care for patients with severe pneumonia and sepsis (blood infection)
