Akraam was born in Minneapolis, MN and raised in Cairo, Egypt. He earned his Doctor of Pharmacy Degree and Master of Science in Health Informatics at the University of Minnesota in 2023. Areas of interest include clinical data mining, data science, and optimizing medication-use systems to enhance patient safety, improve outcomes, and decrease cost of care. Akraam completed his PGY1 Pharmacy Residency at Houston Methodist Hospital. Outside of pharmacy, his interests include fishing, experimenting with coffee brewing, and spending time with his family and friends.

Sharon was born and raised in Nairobi, Kenya. She earned her Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Kansas School of Pharmacy in 2024 and her Master of Science in Health Informatics from the University of Kansas School of Nursing in 2024. Sharon will stay on with Houston Methodist following the completion of her PGY1 year to complete her PGY2 Pharmacy Informatics Residency. Outside of pharmacy, her interests include exploring new cuisines, swimming, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends.
