David L. Dice, Jr., M.D., has joined Houston Methodist Orthopedics & Sports Medicine at Houston Methodist The Woodlands Hospital as a board-certified orthopedic surgeon who is fellowship trained in hand and upper extremity surgery.
In addition to clinical expertise in hand and upper extremity reconstructive surgery, Dr. Dice’s area of interest include microsurgery; arthroscopy of the wrist, elbow and shoulder; fracture care of the hand and upper and lower extremities; arthritis and degenerative diseases of the hand, wrist, elbow and shoulder; carpal tunnel syndrome; tendon and peripheral nerve injuries; sports injuries of the hand and upper extremity; and general orthopedic care.
Dr. Dice is board certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery. He earned his medical degree first in his class as valedictorian from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in Shreveport, Louisiana, and served his residency at Baylor College of Medicine – Department of Orthopedic Surgery in Houston. He served his fellowship training in Hand and Upper Extremity Surgery at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston.
